A common mistake for people who do not follow sports is that the NFL and college football are the same thing. This is understandable because all players in the NFL go through college some point in time. Some top schools produce some of the best players in history. Calinfornia-Berkley produced Aaron Rodgers and Marshawn Lynch, two of the most dynamic players in modern day football. LSU had Odell Beckham, Patrick Peterson, and Jarvis Landry graduate. Ohio State is one of these schools with big time play makers in the NFL on both sides of the ball.
Ohio State is a powerhouse in college but doesn't have any big-money stars in the NFL. The big ones are Ezekiel Elliot, Ryan Shazier and Ted Ginn Jr. Only recently has mass amount of football talent came from Ohio State. Here is some statistics on Ohio State players in the NFL.
